Data Deletion Request

You may request deletion of your Full Armor Bible account and associated personal information. This page explains how to submit a request and what to expect.

How To Request Deletion

To request deletion, email support@fullarmorbible.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request."

Please use the email address associated with your Full Armor Bible account and include your name, account email, and a brief statement that you want your account and associated personal information deleted.

What We May Delete

Depending on the features you have used, deletion may include account profile information, authentication identifiers, selected preferences, notes, highlights, bookmarks, reading activity, saved study outputs, reading plan progress, and other account-linked study data.

Deletion may permanently remove saved material from your account. Please export or copy anything you want to keep before submitting a deletion request.

What We May Need To Keep

Some information may be retained when needed for security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, legal obligations, dispute resolution, backups, audit records, or other legitimate operational purposes.

Backup copies may take additional time to expire or be overwritten, but retained information will remain protected according to our Privacy Policy.

Identity Verification

We may ask for additional information to verify that you control the account before processing a deletion request. This helps protect your saved Bible study data from unauthorized deletion.

If we cannot verify the request, we may ask for more information or decline to process the deletion until verification is complete.

Processing Timeline

We will review deletion requests as promptly as reasonably possible. If a privacy law gives you specific rights or timelines, we will handle eligible requests according to those requirements.

We may confirm completion by email or contact you if more information is needed to complete the request.

Effect Of Deletion

After deletion, you may lose access to your account, saved notes, highlights, bookmarks, reading history, reading plan progress, and other account-connected materials.

If you create a new account later, deleted data may not be recoverable.
